I have been overweight now for several years, it has gradually started to affect my overall health and the wellness of my family.  I have been thinking of it for awhile now but didn't think I would be able to do something so "drastic"-I thought I would just try again on my own, over and over I would fail and be so disguisted with myself and it caused me to become more depressed about my situation and frustrated that I didn't have the capability of fixing this myself.  I have been through a lot to get to this point and had my surgery on 9/16/09.  I am looking forward to beginning this journey but am a little nervous of how this will all play out and praying that I can't mess this up.
