GoOd MoRnInG LaDiEs!!!!!!!!! Happy happy monday... yeah right I am not even awake yet. LOL. I just want to say how fantastic it was to meet and get to know you ladies! You all rock! Candra... you are crazy like us and I love it! Heather... you have to know you kick butt, I am inspired by you and seriously give you major credit for your accomplishment and attitude! Marie... your a beautiful spirit and will totally succeed in this. Tina... I want all of you to know that Nicole and I are blessed to have this support system. We dont have much family and feel that we are surrounded by support, inspiration and knowlege by all of you women, even those we have yet to meet. Thank you for that!!!!!! Nicole... You should be very PROUD!!!!! Even with all of the stress you have managed to continue your personal success... this is going to lead to alot more success girlfriend! Just believe in yourself and stay strong. You are inspirational.... knowing that you have alot going on and have lost weight gives me hope! I am proud of you even though I have met you once. U r right read some of the past entries I know it was mentioned earlier today that there was a group.

Monique... I think the group meets Sat 10-17 at like 11am at pt west kaiser in Sac. I am sure they will let us know. I went to the last group and it was great! Are you preop??? Where are you in the process? I am waiting on my orientation date...ahhhhh....:wink2:

Thanks Pam, the class teacher is the one who told us we can start losing... but let me tell you she was very uninformed regarding some of the process and lap band all together!!!! Thanx ;p

Ok Ladies I have a question and would like your opinion. At the first class I was told it is ok for me to start losing weight but I do not want to be told I need to lose extra (on top of what would have been lost) or denies because I am under weight. What do you think. I have discussed this with Canolie and we think we will wait until orientation to diet. We are so darn eager....:thumbup:

Hi ladies!!!! I am finally on here... this site is crazy to figure out. Well this is Elizabeth... I went to the support group with my BFF Nicole and met a few of you. You all were so great. Well our journey is continuing, We are waiting for our orientation and anticipating our new future.......ahhhhhh.... happy and nervous....:thumbup:
