Heather my dear.... U need to rest up for a while. There are a few colds and flus out there so u stay away from germs for atleast a week. Doctors orders!!!! Candra.... its true others dont bother me so much. Someone literally just asked me if I want a chip and guess what I reallt didnt want one.... but getting frustrated at home makes me wanna eat. I am going to work on it and maybe keep a food and emotion journal. Its for life!

So I am wondering... How do or did you all deal with people sabotaging your diet? How did you deal with family stress which leads to anger but trying to contain it means..... you wanna eat? ugh??? I am losing but my head and heart are messing with me.

Ash~Im on yasmin and can skip periods for like 2months but Nicolie has such strong ass hormones they rub off on me and I start!!!!! I hate it! The group is Sat 11-28 at pt west kaiser in Sac from 11-1pm and then we go to lunch. You should come.

A hecka expensive girdle!!!!! HILARIOUS!!!!! I did a vision board last year and have it hanging in my closet on the door. Thats so funny cuz just the other day I was looking at it after a long time of ignoring it. I am going to look at it closer and think a bit more about it...maybe I should do another!!! I love this kind of stuff =D Great idea Heather!

Oh and yes we should totally take a professional pic when we are all at goal. Thats an AWESOME idea!!!!! Also when me and Nicolie are losing more we should start planning a nice evening for all of us ladies... dress up and strut ourstuff on the town!

So much to catch up on.... First of all I had a great time with all you ladies in Vallejo!!!! We need do things often. Everyone rocks! Second... Candra I will take down bridezilla... we missed you bunches! We had our very own Elk Grove meeting that was awesome as usual! The support that has been given from the ladies is a blessing. i feel that we all have met and bonded over something most can not understand. I appreciate all the knowlege and support. I also feel blessed to give my support. Maria... you go girl.... you are gonna be a star, you are already a beautiful women and a special spirit. World watch out now... she is gonna blossom into an even more fabulous women!!! Holla!
