Notorious F.I.T.

A couple of years ago I looked in the mirror and did not like what I saw. I was in my early 30s and weighed 250 pounds. Like many others I dieted and excercised in the past. For the most part my efforts were successful but not long-lasting. I would alway eventually gain back the weight I lost and a few additional pounds. I see so many people suffering from obesity related illnesses and decided I did not what that to become my destiny. I want to live a long and healthy life. I did the research and finally got approved to have the surgery a couple of months ago. I am afraid and excited all at once but I am sure that I have made the right decision for me.
