ok i remember, click on Private Messages on the top right hand side, then on the left side scroll down and see under settings it says Edit Avitar, then scroll all the way down and upload your picture there as well. done and done!

janine!!! You are too funny! The exact same thing happened with me and the picture... ill send you the email i got from them so you know how to do it. apparently they are not connected!
