Hi All, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on breaking the old drinking while your eating idea. I always catch my self after a few sips but then i figure that i already started it so why bother, and why did they make that rule and will it cause complications. P.S i have not had a fill yet. THANKS RJB:confused:
I am sure switching to days will be very a positive change for your body and weightloss. You will be shocked on how you feel more alive when you work normal hours and how quick you adjust.
Sorry, I thought that was you it dident sound like a problem that dr.malley would have. My first post op appiontment is sept.1. Hows your progress so far and do you live in gladstone like me. RJB
Hey candysmooch, I decided to take 2 weeks off. There was no way i could after one week. I read your last post about not being able to find your port. Thats seems wierd. Good luck and keep up the hard work. rjb
HEY girl , i'm rjb and i have struggled with my weight all my life also and i made up my mind that i had enough. I have never had any surguries before and i'm scared to death. My surgery is AUG 24th, but i know when the weight starts to come off it will be well worth it. Congrats on being brave enough to start to change your life. RJB:clap2:
Hi everyone, my name is rachel and i am new to laptalk. I live in kansas city (north) and my surgry is aug 24 at manorah medical center with Dr.Malley. Just wondering how much pain to expect and how long before you can get around. I could only take 1 week off from work and my job is very physical. Is there anyone who lives in kansas city who has worked with Malleys Surgical. Apperciate any shared info. Thank you RJB:clap2:
