I went on my first diet when I was 4. Since then, I have tried every diet and diet med under the sun! I finally got the insurance coverage that I always wanted and started the long journey to receive my lap band. I started at 267.5. I had my surgery on Aug. 31st 2009. I lost 20 lbs in the first 3 weeks and now for the last week I have been at the same weight. a little frustrated, but I am keeping strong. I will be patient.
