    stuck & it sucks!

I had that happen by eating an apple too soon after a fill. Fortunately I didn't puke, but I sure wish I had. Chest and back pain for almost 3 hours. I learned my lesson.

I bought a new scale. It is a Weight Watchers scale.

I started off slow loosing wt also. I work with a lady who had the surgery two weeks before me. She was loosing twice the weight I was. She was sick, unable to eat. I was able to eat anything that wasn't nailed down. The shakes are what caused me to loose so fast, but most of that was before the surgery. I've now had two fills. I have been struggling with sweets this week. I blame it on hormones, but I also need to face the reality it is my responsibility as to what I put in my mouth. I've lost 27 lbs so far. I need to get a scale. Sounds as though the weight watchers scale would be a good purchase
