Wheeler thanks for the info.....It is so hard to give carbs totally up for me, but I definitely know it would help me as well. How long have you been a bandster? Are you dieting at this time and if so, what type of diet is it? -
Hi, I am new to the website, but not to the band. I was banded December of 2004 and have went from a size 28 (sw-340lbs) to a size 22 (cw-275lbs). My height is "5'11".....I have such a long way to go, but I still look forward to the ride. I set short term goals for myself, but I am not sure of what I should weigh for my height requirement....and even my short term goals are taking longer to get to....Any suggestions?
