Hey ... I see you've been banded and doing very well. I'm excited for you. I've been off-line for a while ... moving to a new city and state and getting adjusted. Had to find a new doctor and all that stuff. In that time, I didn't get a fill for 5 months and that was not good but I'm back on track now.

I finally got approval the date of my surgery is April 29 it's been a long 4 months, how has the band been for you guys?

Things are very slow with me. Right now I have to watch my calories like a hawk!!

How r u doing i havent heard from u.i'm still trying.today i have a scratchy throat i dont get too many colds but when i do that last for ever seems like.i guess its the diabetes that makes it leanger so.but my glucoses have been good. Normally when i'm coming down with a cold my glucoses are elevated a day or 2.but not this time.last week i only took my diabetes meds once because my glucoses 80 and below. I took it xmas day because i ate more than usual

u dont of many men doing this but good luck.look like you have a good support system.i had my band 12/23/08.my start wt 224lbs. my highest wt 254lbs. my current wt 167lbs.

Well, my dear hubby, looks like we're on this journey together now! I wish I could catch up in weight loss with you....LOL
