So I started the insanity workout last week and let's just say it's intense. I'm having a blast trying to keep up with Shaun T. I'm proud of myself. Look at what I am able to accomplish. YaY me

I am so grateful and proud of all I've accomplished these past two year. I'm health, I lost 82 lbs. I DID IT!!!. I'm so happy and blessed to have a wonderful surgeon, my lap band, my awesome son and my life. Thank you God.!! Although my journey is not over, I look forward to what the future has to offer. It's a great adventure and the sky's the limit.

So I'm almost 2 years post op"Yeah Me" and now I've decide to change careers. It is very stressful. Job hunting, and it's causing me to neglect my diet, so I stopped and regrouped. What's more important money or my Health. I choose my Health every time. I haven't come this far to back down now

I got a fill this week to 5cc and I've noticed that whenever I drink a latte I keep bringing up curdle milk. My band is definitely too tight.

When I fit into size 14 jeans -
The first fill really doesn't hurt at all. it feels like getting a shot. You feel a little pinch, and you may feel a little sore but it goes away. You don't need pain medication. You'll be fine
