well it had been 20 days and i am so happy that i can eat mushy/wet food now. the liquid dieat was very hard for me since 80% on it was on the sweet (shakes, jello, pudding...ect) i eas craving salty so bad!! I have really noticed a difference in my eating..I am so scare of having something stuck that i i chewing like crazy and keeping a journal . i am "trying" to get the protein in but i think it is an inpossible goal to get 70-80 grams of it a day. I was also told to keep my calorie intoke in the rage of 800-1200 per day. SO far i am ranging about 900 and i have lost a total of 13lbs.
