Well how did it go?? My date is 10/5 I can't wait either! I was reading your blogs and I can totally relate. Someone posted a picture on facebook from high school and I was like wow I looked good and I thought I was fat! Then a recent photo from a high school get together and I was like yuck!! i am a self pay in fort lauderdale and the dr. office has 0% interest for 1 year check around

I totally understand. I am also ona pre-op diet I have to have 3 slimfast shakes only!! I added myself the jello and ice pops Good luck let me know how it goes my date is 10/05

Starting pre op diet day 2!! Surgery date 10/5/09.
My surgeon wanted 3 slim fasts a day!!
I have been reading others blogs and see jello and sugar free pops on their lists I am off to Publix.
I cheated today and had a small salad. I feel very hungry!!
