i weighed 485 when i started the journey.  I also had a belly button hernia about the size of a large grapefruit.  So far i've lost 150 pounds and have been able to move around so much better.  I can walk distances now without looking for the next chair.  I't's been a struggle, but i would do it again in a heartbeat.
