Thanks for the pic comment!!! The liquid diet was really hard for me considering my previous life of eating like a line backer!!!! I just went to the doctor yesterday and I am down 42 lbs.. yay!!! I spend about 45-60 min in the gym 4 days a week.. and I walk for about 40 min during lunch...... you keep it up!!! You will start to lose quickly after you get and keep moving. It felt good the first time I was able to run for 30 min straight!!! Haven't done that for years.
