Hi B... just wanted to send you a message to say I have learned a lot from keeping up with your posts here on LBT and congrats on your success! I am still in the pre-LB stage jumping thru insurance hoops but am confident it will all be worth it I would be interested in knowing the answer to Mrs.Smith's ? about the unflavored protein as well.
