Keep walkin and dont push yourself too hard. Exercise will come in time! Speaking of I really want to find a good Zumba DVD anyone here have one they can suggest. I cancelled my gym membership since they dont have a 24 hour in ANacortes and its just an added expense I dont want right now. I am going to buy some dvds and try to kick into gear at home. Donna you did a fabulous job speaking yesterday at the meeting. FOr those of you that werent there we walked in and she was dressed in this really nice eater looking outfit. But let me tell you it was HUGE on her. I was sitting there thinking WTF is Donna thinking wearing that and trying to think man Im gunna have to tell her she looks like a bag lady. LOL.. well thank GOD it was part of her presentation. SHe peeled off her layers and out came our donna!! PHEW was the first thing I thought when she took that outfit off. LOL. It was super funny. We missed you guys that couldnt make it. Ali, it was great to see you too. Im serious we are super close so if you ever want to hang out and get a coffee or something call me. I will PM you my number. I cant wait to see when your surgery date is!!! The 5th will be here in no time!! Well I just woke up. I came home from the meeting and lunch, got into bed and didnt wake up until 11 today. WOW 18 hours of sleep. MAN my body must have needed it for sure. Gunna get something to eat and then figure out what the day is going to have instore. lol. Happy Sunday everyone!!

Im glad you are going to be well enough to make it Saturday laurel thats awesome. I hadnt farted by saturday so I was inside with major gas pains lol.... So make sure you fart lol. I found that the jello helped a lot too so try some of that. I couldnt get much down but it at least helped. Gosh I miss the first month lol... YAY ALi on the 5lbs down YAY... You will be so under goal at surgery thats awesome. Its a good feeling. i was 9 under and fisher was happy about that. Im excited to see you ladies on Sat. So I found a fill center in WA about 54 mins from where I will be living so hey thats awesome. The first one they will do a barrium swallow and fill for $250 and then $125 each fill after that. So thats not bad. Makes me feel better about moving. Donna I will be there on saturday!! I have sold almost all of my stuff except a few things. YAY Im excited. Heather if you wanna come over and measuer saturday since you will be in the area for the meeting if you are going. let me know. April is coming to pic some stuff up too. Hi all!!! I had an absolute blast today with my fabulous band sisters. Great walk, great food, great company. I love you all. We really missed those of you who couldnt make it. I hope I will get to see you guys before I leave. Welcome Chrissy hahahaha...Its always good to have a familiar face through all of this. These are a great group of ladies and gentleman stick with them and you will do big things. Pat, thank you so much for your hospitality you are wonderful. Well today was a day!! No fill for me. :frown: but I am ok with it. I was not down enough since my 2 week pcp check up. Although I am 12 lbs down from surgery that wasnt enough. This really was a wake up call for me that even a little cheat means something so STOP. Although im glad I was able to enjoy my wedding and honeymoon Im a little bummed I wasnt able to get one. Oh well gotta move on. So the Doc said he wants to see me again in 12 weeks However .....here is some news.... I am moving to WA on May 1st. Yup so no more Kaiser. So I called Richmond and told them and asked if I bust my butt if I can see Doc and get a fill in 6 weeks before I leave. They sch me an appointment for april 30th, so I will do what I need to get a fill... I will still be on this board when I move and come visit. Its just things are going good with my Hubby in WA and he wants to stay so I do what I have to, to be with him. JOhn you didnt warm him up enough for me lol Kidding. Pat, still on for tomorrow do you mind if I bring a newbie friend of mine. SHe goes to orientation on the 6th? Like I said Tam Tam pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move forward! This isnt a miracle its a tool and we just have to learn how to use it the right way. YOU can do it YO!! One day at a time. Like Pat said we all need this hang out Saturday. I had a good day today not one bad choice. First day since a week ago so Im thinking im back on track. Got a wedding cash gift from someone today so I went shopping and got some good, healthy stage 4 appropriate things. Bought cheese tho I am still on a cheese kick IDK why lol. So like I said one day at a time. Im freaking out that I havent lost enough to get a fill so im eating light these next couple days. Still strong at 207 so I have to make sure Im at least that on Friday so its 10 lbs. Cross your fingers. John have fun for Nikki's bday weekend and yes It probably is a week I usually take the whole month lol.. But thats just me. I just wanted to say real quick thanks for all the pictures from the wedding they are FANTASTIC!! I love them lots of fun memories! Missin my hunny big time, need some girl time this weekend. Lookin forward to it. Gunna go to the gym in a bit, night all!!

Pat, my hubby went for work His uncle owns a painting business and is having to turn away jobs because he doesnt have enough help, so he asked robbie to go help for a few months. I am looking at jobs up there for myself too. Its such a beautiful place and I know he wont wanna leave so I am getting ready for the "Come on down" phone call lol. We will see!

Hello All!!! WOW what a weekend! Home from Tahoe and Husband gone to WA. WE had a amazing wedding day. Reggie hoested a reception for us that I would have never imagined possible It was absolutly beautiful. I couldnt believe it when I walked in.... (did anyone get a picture of that lol) Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Candra, Donna, JEss, HEther and April It was AWESOME having you there and thank you SOOOOO Much for everything you guys did to make it the most special unforgettable day EVER!!! I cant wait to see all the pictures. Tahoe was awesome. Although it took us 6 hours to get there with chains on it was all worth it. We had so much fun in the car ride up there it made the time fly by. I cant load pics on my computer at home so I will have to do it at work tomorrow. Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. Oh and BTW Im back on my game this week. I NEED a fill and I am praying I get one when I see the Doc on Friday. Luckily my Messups these last few days didnt put any weight on me but I still have some to go to get to onderland and thats my goal this week. Tam Tam we HAVE to kick butt!!

Yeah Ali she is super nice. Straight to the point but really nice! SHe was making me laugh.
