Office work and a lot of driving began to take its toll on me physically as I reached my early 50"s. For the last 10 years,  it has been increasingly difficult for me to find the energy to exercise or stay physically active. Consequently, my weight gain is up and energy levels have gone down. My goal is to drop around 100 pounds in in an effort to have some quality of life as I enter retirement.
