Hey momma3. No one ever said it would be easy..are you able to hold food down? how much have you lost so far?

Well first off.. Im not able to eat any kind of meat without throwing up... i have had over 6 fills and yet its been a year and i have only lost 37 lbs.. all im really able to eat is eggdrop soup and salad.. evrything else does not stay down.. can u tell me what u do and eat daily???
