    Tomorrow is the day

Girl go ahead, I went to Olive Garden for my LAST Supper before surgery. You will be fine! You won't even be hungry after tomorrow for awhile so just enjoy and watch the game!
  2. You are so right Xavier, that blasted scale is just glass and metal! I would kick it, but it would hurt! LOL It is still moving in the right direction, so I can be thankful for that I guess. Thanks for your encouragement, keep it coming! I am with you Best money I ever spent... I love the band too.

  3. Thanks Dec Diva! I seem to have gotten to my sweet spot. But I have been off track a little eating out way to many times a week. The wrong things, but very little of them, but I am going down slower now, but still moving in the right direction. I enjoy hearing from you, you keep me believing in myself, I need your support, you are so sweet.

  4. :mad3:2 lbs down this morning! I just thought I had hit the end of my weight loss at six months. I was so depressed, I even ate two small brownies after a church dinner the other night! Maybe I was so worried, I was cutting back and not consuming enough calories, whatever it is I am thankful! Also ready to get in the swing of things, with more exercise and good eating. Looking forward to spring, the next 6 months of my journey and a tummy tuck this July! Hope all has a great day of being a loser with the LapBand AP!:bored:

    Frustrated!

We all did, or at least I think that Lap Band Surgery is designed that way. It will not be instant, not like the world we have lived in. I felt the same way you do, see my blogs, my first blog was identical to yours!!!!I am down 65 lbs now in six months. You will lose slower and you will be glad, your skin will have the time to go back into place with no wrinkling! Your body will tone too, so keep it up, and you will step on the scales one morning and be pleasantly surprised! Follow my new blog on blogspot.com TheGoldenDayz

Thanksgiving Cruise to Mexico~ Slimming down.

Thanks so much, I have had several people tell me that I do look younger, that is awesome. I never thought about it that way, that losing weight would do that for me. I feel better, want to wear makeup now, fix my hair and keep myself looking good. Before I was so heavy and depressed I did not CARE, losing weight helps you to care about yourself again. Thanks for the sweet comments sherid1120. The very best to you too.

Thanks so much wannabefit! I feel younger too, and My husband took this photo, so I think he is feeling happy about the weight loss. Now, I want 150lbs! That may take another 6 months but I am not going anywhere! You will get there too, it takes time, but time passes so fast when you are losing weight.

  13. Wow! Congrats, I know that dreaded scale, I have come to have a love/hate relationship with it! LOL Great news. I was happy about the 250 mark and then the 200 was so good. I am still 197.6 most days and some days 198.2, it just won't move down any lower right now. So I think I have hit a hard plateau. I am determined to shake this body up a bit tho! Instead of counting carbs this week, I am going to switch to calories instead and still keep the protein going in to see if that won't work. The added exercise I am getting may be building a lot of muscle and that weighs more than fat, and looks better on too, so I'll keep on keepin on! 6 Months, Whew, I did not believe I would ever get this far when I first started and lose this much weight! I fear I will GAIN! My worst nightmare!

Half Way-Today! Six Months Post op!

Well it is six months today. When I blogged earlier I did not think about it! I guess I should be very happy that I have lost 65 lbs now. But I keep looking forward, and yesterday is gone, I have today and if God is willing tomorrow. So I will plan on doing better every day from now on, that is really all I can do, cause I can not control the events, happenings of my LIFE, but I Can control how I react to those events and happenings when it comes to food consumption! (Thanks to the LB Surgery)
