Had my first fill on Wed. 3cc. And feel the difference. I am still able to eat but the restriction is great. I don't get sick but I am very mindful of what I eat. Taking in lots of Proteins. Joined the Realize web site but it is hard to navigate and a little hard to manuver. I love this site. You guys are sooo helpful. Thanks for the support and encouragement. :thumbup::thumbup:

I was banded 5/8. Still a little new to what to eat and what not to eat. i have lost 14lbs so far!!! Going for my 1st fill on wed.:biggrin2:

Thanks to all that reply. I feel 100% better. I have not gained any weight but I need to work on the food intake. I had my expectation sooooo high I thought I should have lost 50lbs by now?!?!??! And it doesn't help that my friends ask every day how much have I lost. That adds to the pressure. I have started exercising. treadmill 30min a day for 5 days. So cutting down to a cup of food will hlep also. I get my first fill 6/27. :biggrin::wink_smile::thumbdown:

What are you eating?!?!? Please help I am not losing weigh!!

I have had the surgery 5/8. I was on a clear diet for a week. Then was told I can eat reg. soft foods. I think I am eating too much?!?!? Can anyone give me a diet?!?! What did you do after the surgery?!?! I went throught toooo much to stop now! I told my md that I don't feel any restrictions and he said there is none. I won't get any for three more weeks. Please any advice would be great!!:smile::cursing::crying::wub::tongue2::scared2:

I am with you!!! But God knows whats best. I too am asking God for help!!! I know he has put this in my path. I have sleep apnea, high bp, diabetes and glucoma. So this is far more that a look good thing. I prayed and God answered me. However, with most things I give it to God and take it back. WHen the radiologist said I had a hernia I thought that will be the end of my surgery and God has said no. I called the doctor and he still didn't give me a yes. He said he has to see how big it is!!! I am asking all saints to pray with and for me. I am scheduled for my surgery on 5/8. Starting the protein shakes today. Feeling scared about it. THANKS SO MUCH!!! I feel alittle better. I have a nutrition appointment on friday I will go into it wil a better outlook. I just didn't ever want to go into that office again.

I have not had my band yet but I am getting a little scared. I was doing a endosleeve trial with my band doctor for three months. I didn't get the device and didn't lose any wait but the nurse said that others without the device lost 30 lbs and that diet and exercise works. She made me feel like a failure for wanting to get the band so I held off. I am in limbo right now. Can anyone give me any advice. Does anyone regret having the band?!?! Please help?!?!? __________________
