Hi there, I am good good. A week ago I felt the restriction for that first time. I thought I was dieing. Forgetting that I have the lap band I was going to go to the hospital. That pain was no joke......in my chest,. Now that I no what it was, I eat slower now....

Thanks for checkin' in on me. I've been doing REALLY well. Have been walking walking and walking and eating healthy and the weight has been falling off every month. Love it! I know a plateau may be inevitable but I'm enjoying the steady weight loss for now. How have you been?
