So far I have only weighed myself once a day hurray for me!!! but i have not exercised

Yoda, I don't think I could handle once a week..It is stressful just thinking about it. I'd only be able to do that if I forgot my scale at home when I went on vacation! The times when I have not weighed myself everyday I have been out of control with my eating and it is easier for me to be in denial and binge. It helps me be more in control and accountable for everything I put in my mouth.:car:

I gained weight during my last supper phase. Nerves and the thought of never ever being able to eat this ever again... My sister keeps asking me where I find my energy when I am having so little, but I think I have more energy now because I am not eating crap any more!!! Pre surgery I napped almost every day. The only time I've napped since surgery was the few days after surgery. Best wishes to you Nancy!

I am so jealous I have to drive to tim horton's. I am surprised that no one has died there yet. Cause sometimes the parking lot is so jammed you can't get in and you can't leave! And to go inside, OMG it's scary because obviously I go there sans caffine! Anyway I have had Tim Horton's Rage once or twice.

My goal this month is to lose 8lbs and start exercising ~~since it is getting cold here chance are if I walk outside I wont sweat and I'll set up the fan by the treadmill for the rain days.

Faybie Aren't you a mushy diet? I have been banded for 8 days and I can't eat food til week7. By the way I like your new avtar better. I kept thinking you looked like you former picture, I think you are cuter!!!

Neenagh you are why too young to have grand children!!! I was just babysitting my 6 month niece and was worried about over doing it. So every is ok you didn't damage anything? Have you've been to see the doctor yet?

I'll go for 8 lbs. I am guessing that the weighloss will slow down. Although I'd love to keep losing at this pace!!!

LOrriely Tell Mr Loriely I will no longer laugh at the fact he put pizza in the blender cause tonite I considered licking the pizza or sucking on it. I probably will try the blender thing in a couple weeks when I get to mushies!!!

HI I was banded on Sept 22 a Friday, I shopped on the Saturday and I went to work on Monday. Only be cause I had too. If i would have had a choice I would have taken Monday off. I worked the rest of the week and all is well with me!! Good luck. I know others have had different experiences.

Day 1 of full liquids. HAPPY TIMES!! Just had a frozen banana blended with protien powder and chocolate milk. YUMMY. And had a Tim Horton's coffee this morning very disapointing. It wasn't even a little bit good. It took me all morning to drink a small coffee. In the last five minute I was weighing 191.4

How about asking your family for cash gifts or airmiles for christmas! Then you won't have packages to bring back. Oh airmiles not work at christmas but may help with a discounted flight. Just throwing ideas out there. Really hope I'm helping.

Mandi Maybe you thought of this but just in case you didn't. What about driving to the next major airport and flying from there? I 've even driven to the states and flown alot cheaper from there. Hope this helps. And put dan in a hockey bag cargo is always cheaper!!!LOL Only I think I am funny by the way.

I just had my surgery on Friday (last week) in case you don't remember (in aa sassy tone) and on the paper it says "Fill Adjustment Seminar. Please expect to be at the Clinic for approximately 2 hours for this event" (it's an event I wonder if they will serve food!!!) At first when I read it I thought it was just a seminar, but the next paragraph said " Second Fill Adjustment appointment" That's what I know!
