My date is Oct 3rd, this Sat. I am a self pay due to a low BMI (30-31). I am going to TJ to see Dr Lopez Corvala. I am excited & can't wait. This website has been an amazing source of info. Good luck to you!

I'm with you girlfriend! I'm sick of people telling me I don't need it. Stop eatting so much & excercise....... I'm 34, don't people understand if we could control this we would? I only need to lose 50 lbs & I have literly tried everything.

I too am set to get the procedure done Oct 3rd by Dr Lopez Corvala & was told fills range from $250-400??? I can't find any info on facilities in my neighborhood that fill patients who did not get banded by them and how much they charge. Any suggestions? I am even willing to go back to TJ for a set price, something tells me that they will charge over $250... :blushing: -

I just confirmed today with Dr. Lopez Corvala's office in Tijuana. My date is set for the 3rd of Oct. I can truly say I have done my homework and am confident I am getting the best out of pocket deal with the best surgeon. I'm 34, about 195lbs so my BMI is approx. 30-31. Anyone else have an Oct 3rd date? -

I am a 1st timer too, I have the same problem. I eat until i am stuffed because once i start eatting i can't stop until I feel like i'm gonna pop. I haven't set my date yet, but am ready! Good luck
