Where do you go for fills & unfills?

My band operation is on the 3rd (Sat.) I too was told not to diet. My BMI is 30-31. I thought it was odd so I've been binge-ing : ( I decided to do a clense tomorrow by eatting only fresh juiced veggies & drinking a pre-surgery drink that will absolutely clean me out. By Fri I should be completely empty. That will give me the 24hr fast I need and hopefully the jump start I nedd to drop this unwanted weight. Good luck to you all!

I plan on taking 2 days maybe 3. I too sit on my butt. ; )

Absolutely ma'am! You may be drinking too many calories... 5oz glass of wine is about 100 cals 1.5oz of alcohol is about 100 cals not to mention any mixers... Don't over do it. You came all this way, don't sabatoge yourself.

I'm set for the 3rd of Oct with Dr Lopez Corvala in TJ. I'm hoping to lose 20lbs by Halloween! Anyone else in Los Angeles headed to TJ anytime soon? I'd love a bandster partner.
