I know how you feel. I see a dietation when i see my surgeon. I was told to write down my goals for exercising and journal when I exercise and when/what I eat. I am going to try that to see how it goes.

I am a 1st timer as well and I'm 7 weeks post banding. I had an appt today for my 1st fill. I lost before surgury and after surgury and now i have gained 5 lbs. I have the snackies in the afternoon and am trying to control that.
