Finally, I 've found someone in Detroit, I am having the band done in about four weeks, at Henery Ford, with Dr. Genaw, can you give me some tips on the pre op diet and anything else i need to know, where can i get the myocel, or is there anything else i can use a protein suppliment. -
I saw your pictures of your meal plan can you explain it to mee please, I already had the GNC stuff, I just didnt know how to use it, andwhen.

Congrats, I want to be where you are. I am having the surgery in six weeks, can you please, please give me tips on everything, especially a meal plan, becasue I heard exercise and meal plans are the key. Again continue to be blessed -
Hello everyone, I would like to know whats the key to actually losing the weight, after surgery. I have heard alot of people say it did nothing for them, but I know that couldn't be true unless they didn't try. Also, is it true that the tighter the band the faster you lose????
