Good luck with your next fill! I didn't realize just how much restriction made a difference! Although I have to say that it will probably all even out somewhere. Sometimes I'll drop 5-6 pounds in a week and then won't lose for a couple weeks. It seems almost like my body wants to average out at 2 lbs per week...but then that's probably because I refuse to exercise so it all comes down to making sure I stay around 1200 calories.
