Could you possibly send me the letter you wrote to your insurance company that helped you get approved. I am just in the beginning stages and my paperwork has not been submitted to my insurance company (UHC) but
unfortunately I don't have a 5 year weight history showing that I was over 40bmi (insurance requirement) and I am thinking that maybe sending pictures and a letter could help in the decision.
