  1. Have anyone experienced acid reflux. Since my last fill, I wake u 4 to 5 times a day with this problem. Its like im choking during my sleep. I stopped eating late at night and drinking and I still have this problem. Any suggestions.

    Recliner, or Bed?

    I had my surgery on Sept 30th and it was hard for me to lie down in the bed. It was comfortable for me to lay in the recliner with a heating pad on my stomach. It took me almost a week to be able to lay down in the bed comfortably.
  3. American whey is the BESTTTTTTTTTTT. It taste good. I ahve tried many different types and they were all nasty. But american whey is really good.

    Congradatulations. Were were banded on the same day. I have only lost 42 pounds. Please tell me what you are doing to loose the pounds so fast.
  5. Im not getting my daily Protein. Can anyone help me with a Protein Drink that tastes good. I had bought a protein drink and end up wasting my money. I paid $40 for it and it tastes horrible. I hate the after taste and taste that it left in my mouth. Can anyone please tell me some Protein drinks that provides the amount of protein but also DOES NOT have a bad taste. I have heard that some protein drinks tastes like a yoohoo. Please provide me with some that tastes like a yoohoo or something that does not taste bad!!!! I was thinking about trying the Isopure. Have anyone tried the chocolate isopure. I heard that was good.
  6. I was banded on Sept 30th. Startin On the pre-op liquid diet i was 346 and on surgery i was 316. I was on liquid diet for 10 days. I had my first fill on mon. Oct. 26th and I have gained like 15 pounds. Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I have started excercising walking a mile on the treadmill in the a.m and a mile in the evening on the treadmill. I am also doing some weights. What else can maximize my weight loss?

    Need Some Good advice

    Fried chicken, baked potatoes, mac n cheese, fish, french fries, oatmeal, yogurt. This is some of the food i eat on a typical day. I crave for sweets all the time.
