Congratulations to all on their success.. I had my first fill today 2 cc. The port was right there waiting to be fill me up. I am feeling fine, suppose to be on liquids for about 2 days... I am doing my daily exercise and praying for the best..

Congratulation on you journey.. I am 4 week post op too. I tried a 1/2 sclice of pizza yesterday and nothing happened, i was waiting for something to happen (:>) but am fine ai justt stick to my portions and work out. maybe after my first fill next week things will be different

Perfect Chili Recipe 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 c. Beans (we like Kidney) 1 can Rotel 1 lb. ground turkey 3 16 oz. cans tomato sauce 3 Tbs. chili powder (or more to taste) 2 Tbs. garlic powder salt and pepper to taste In a skillet brown the ground turkey with a little bit of the chopped onion and some salt and pepper. Drain and remove meat and set aside. Saute the onions and peppers in the skillet without cleaning it. In a large stock pot, place the ground turkey and the sauteed peppers and onion. Add tomato sauce and chili powder. Cook on medium heat for approximately 1 1/2 hours or so.

ISOpure .. I have used it right after surgery and i hate the after taste but it provides amount of protein to the body. Its should not be used as a meal replacement

Puree your meat and veggies... I puree my tuna from the can chicken and fresh fish after cooked. I eat mashed and sweet potatoes and sometime chilly too that i have made and yes, puree... hope this helps

I had my band done on September 14, all is going well so far. A bit sore whre the port is placed and the pain is bearable, just need saome gas X at nite, other than that i am ine. i am still on clear liquids till monday, then on to shakes and soups.. I am truly happy for all bander and wish everyone success

I am also on my 4th day post op. I am feeling ok, little pain in the area where the port is placed, and i drink hot tea to help with the gas.. sleeping in a comfortable position is impossible... Want to wish every one who is on this journery good luck

I am 2 days post op and I am liquids, not bad so far... hanging in there and trying to follow the rules. Kimo good luck on your journey, but feel free to call your doctor/Nutritionist whenever your feel like cheating on stuff like brea and rice. Surgery date Sept 14, 2009
