I have been on many diets my entire adult life.  I got so tired of the rollercoaster that I was on.  When I first saw the commercial for the Lapband, I said to my family...I would never have that done.  Well I was wrong; I had the surgery to get my life back.  All of the doctor supervised things went great (pre-surgery liquid diet, surgery, healing and then the mushie stage).  Now that I am left on my own to eat and exercise, I find it very difficult.  I have had 3 fills.  After the first 2 fills I had no restriction, with the 3rd on there was some for about a week.  I go to get my 4th fill tomorrow and I pray that it will put me in my green spot.  I have not been able to eat only a cup of food, so I started today looking for support to get my new life style started.
