Well....after a year of consideration, months of determination, the time is near! Pre-op and pay my part tomorrow, Insurance will cover the bulk, I have been "practicing" with the diet now for 2-3 weeks but must get 100% starting tomorrow. I am currently 320ish and my goals are as follows: 290 by New Years day 2010, 215 by 10-2010!
