I started to research the Lapband the first of 2009. took me several months to want this procedure done. Around June, I started to talk to my GP about getting the Lap Band. It took abt 2 months to convince my GP that this was the way to go. From there it was a waiting game with the insurance. All was approved. Yea! Got the Surgery on August 31, 2009!
