Hi i just recently been banded on Tuesday September 8. So far I have been okay just really tired and no appetite at all as well. My doctor said it will take a few days to get used to your new pouch since your stoma is so small right now. Just try and sip as much water throughout the day as possible. DOnt forget to add your protein :cursing:
