I would do 2 shakes a day plus a healthy meal of protien and veggie for a couple of weeks . It shrinks the liver and that way you won't have to worry about your liver being to large. Julie -

I can say I am still hungry. But I am satisfied with a small amount of food. I always eat my protien first and if room have some veggies. I have no real desire for junk. Once in a while when my kids are eating crackers I would LOVE to have some, but I don't because they are a weakness for me. Carbs in general are a slippery slope. Julie -

My leak test was drining about 1/4 cup of a clear nasty tasting liquid while standing in front of an xray machine. Watching the liquid go down as I swallowed...I found it helpful to have a dum dum sucker to put in my mouth as soon as I swallowed the dye then once I had the good taste I threw the sucker away.. I used Dr. Kelly and went alone... I was just fine and my experience was awesome . He uses a hospital which was important to me. The nurses and staff were wonderful. I had better care then I have had in the states. Julie -

I do hair and nails and right after surgery my smeller was on overdrive.. I could tell you which customers ate garlic the night before from about 2 feet away. It has gotten back to normal now. Julie -

I never needed any help. I went to Mexico by myself and was just fine. I was back to work one week after surgery. Cooking for my family and everything. The only thing I needed help with was carrying the laundry downstairs. You will be just fine. You will mostly be resting anyway. Julie -
