Just wanted to see how everyone is doing a year later. I have had my ups and downs. No weight loss to a lot then back to none. But I'm happy for how far I've gotten so far : ) Hope everyone is doing well !

I was banded March of 2011 and everything was going good(lost 40lbs) till about Oct. I was at 13cc in 14 band.My last check in was in july in our old state and it took me till January to find a Dr. of this year 2012. Well he pulled saline out which actually stung from my belly up to my chest and he only got 8cc out ! I told him I have no problems eating again . He assured me it wasnt leaking but where is the saline going? So he put some more in and its only been 3 days but Im not feeling full ! Im so frustrated cause it will be a year soon and I thought Id be further along. The nurse said sometimes this happends and they dont know why but after time saline goes away(or something to that effect). Has anyone else had this problem ? I go back in 4 weeks : (

Got my chunker back today from visiting grandma sharon, oh how I missed him. Now grandma can get back to her farm work(farmville) lol !

Dr. And nutritionist said I need to stay away from carbs. So I've been really good and lost 3lbs. Carbs are not good for the band ,so very high protien!

Im trying to be calm but enough is enough !!! When are people going to grow up ? Someone just got a brand new car that they didnt pay for !!! Then gave an old one to someone we barely know. You can say Im being selfish ,jealous but Im not. Im mad because some of us struggle and fight to make it on our own while others keep living off of other peoples money. When does it stop ? When your 30,40,50 yrs old ? I guess for some it never will !
