I was justed banded December 15th! Yay me right!? Wrong!!! I am struggling with only eating liquids and everyone else in my household is eating regular stuff!!?? Any advice/tips?? Help me please!! I feel so alone in this!!!! :sad::mad::frown::scared2::cursing:

I was justed banded on September 15th. This post-op diet is kinda hard for me since everyone else at home is eating regular foods. Do you have any advice/tips? You look great!

Thank you for the picture comments.....and about my arms...hell no girl they are not tight they are very jiggly....i was just holding them close to my body...let me stretch my arms out girl...and u see nothing but fat hangin....dont be fooled i got allloooottt of work to do on those arms!
