  1. cassie, I just did the norm. I diet(I know we shouldn't use that word anymore) and exercise. I don't do either as much as I should but I do make sure that if I began to feel hungry I go and get a fill cause that can slow you down because if you are hungry then you are going to eat. I do have a protein shake for breakfast. my band is usually too tight in the morning to do anything else.
