    Bumping up the spreadsheet in preparation for Mondays Weigh in. Hope everyone went well this week. I had a fantastic week of weightloss I finally kicked off my plateau.     Hey guys, I dont think I explained how to use the spread sheet properly, each week you need to enter in how much you have lost, not your weight. If you have lost 2 pounds then type in -2. this should make the ending weight equal your current weight. If, like me you have put on weight, you put it just as a positive. I.e i put on .52, therefore its a positive. If your using Kilos and you need to quickly convert into pounds theres a little section up the top where you can put in how many Kilos you weight, and then translate it to pounds, or how many kilos you lost and it will calculate it into pounds.... NOTE this does not work for the reverse, so please dont put in how many pounds you weight and expect it to calculate the amount of kilos you weight. Down the bottom its going to calculate how far away we all are from our goal as a group effort. I will delete people at the end of the challenge who havent updated at all so we can get a good idea of how much we all pledged and how much we have actually lost. As a group we are pledging to loose 271 pounds! Thats me! Come on people lets loose me! Ive also put a nice little light blue square down the bottom that shows what percentage of our goal we have done. Seeing how its not even monday and only 2 people have weight in (one being a small gain, hopefully tomorrow the official weigh in day will present a loss) its only .4% but... monday it should increase with everyones brilliant losses!

    No no! Enter your stuff into the pink squares! someone just moved the total line up to the top... so I moved it back down cause it didnt leave much room for the rest of you guys to put your details in.... Put your details in, play aroudn with the pink squares just like I did, thats what it there for, I appologise for the miss communication on my behalf... The formulas are in the purple squares.

    Need Meal Plan Advice, What I ate today.

    Hey, Im not a dietician so I cant really give advice, and since your doing alot of exercise your calorie intake seems to be correct to me. But Maybe, cut down 200 calories.... Also are you drinking 2ltrs + of Water? I never count the water I drink during exercise to my 2ltrs. Also maybe check the sodium levels... Sorry i couldnt help more but it seems as if you have your diet under control but your body is just stablising for a bit before it looses more weight. Keep going... you will get there =)

    Vegetable Snacks

    Hey Guys, I am trying to go back onto Optifast but I need to find some vegetable Snacks that I can have that will fullfill the 2 cups of vegetables requirements but are band friendly. Im thinking of having fruit for the morning snack as, we all know, Im tighter in the morning, but I need something I can take to work with me (easy to prepare in the morning or the night before) that I can have as my afternoon snack... Allowed veges are all those low carb veges. Thanks for all the help in advance.... Im finding im at a real stand still (also going backwards at times) and I was really happy when I got down to this weight (40lbs loss) but Im sick of it now and I wanna keep going.

    Challenge me!

    I'm looking for a challenge! I need something to kick the weightloss back into gear. Ive lost 20kilos (44lbs) since surgery on the 15th of December. (22lbs or 10 kilos however was the 2 week pre surgical diet). I have been at a basic standstill for about 2 months now. I want someone to challenge me! or send challenges out to others! Im still very heavy so I cant run or so any stenuous exercise, I however am a member of a Gym. Challenge me with either food Challenges or exercise challenges and Ill post back my progress. Or we can do a bit group challenge and Ill record everyones progress and support each other to the goal. Thanks Guys xoxo

    oh oh ! I have one! I got it from Dr. Munro From the Central Coast. Dr William Munro Thats the website... but i think they are doing some repairs on it at the moment. Very nice man, he doesnt personally do the fills, two other dr.s do. Best of luck =)

    Low Carb Easy Recipe

    Hey Guys, Im about... 2 months out almost 3 and Im having trouble finding something healthy and nice to eat at night time. During the day I have a shake for Breakfast,(150cal) 2 cruskits with vegemite (70cal) a Meal Replacement bar (200cal) and another 2 cruskits with vegemite (70cal) I just dont know what to have for dinner... I would like something that i can cook a large amount of on a sunday or monday night and then eat throughout the week as I have a full time job, gym membership and Univeristy Study (which im actually undertaking a full time work load with ontop of my full time job) So I am very very stretched for time! I was thinking maybe a quiche but I have no idea about recipe's or what not. Ive been loosing pretty well (43lbs) and i have made a big tuna bake but this is not healthy but rather a cheap and time effective dish that I can make in half an hour and will last me all week... The weightloss has slowed down though even with the increased exercise (muscle vs fat I know) Anyway, question is: What do you guys eat for dinner? What can I eat for dinner? Thank you all =)

    Ring Sizes

    My Partner and I want to get engaged and we've picked out the ring. but it can only be resized up 5 sizes... and i need it to be resized up 6 sizes... so one size off.... but then i though... what happens when i get the band in (surgery date is December), and im loosing weight, will i have to get it continually resized? i can get it rezied i think 3 times or something without it affecting the band too much... So i wanted to know what everyone else thought about this... We're going to talk to the manager of the store to see if they can get its in my size, but i though why no just wait till im the smaller size.... then again we're getting 30% off the ring and its a 2500 ring Any one got any ideas or help?

    look at your amazing weightloss! Thats fantastic! Just imagine what looking in that mirror 58lbs ago would have been like! and know that all your effort has given you 58lbs less weight and will continue to help you get to your normal weight. You can do this! it is not a hopeless venture it is one with a big big light at the end of the tunnel that will be worth all of this... I hate that little wii fit balance board... But cant wait for that line to start dropping. best of luck in the future and congratulations on your success
  22. I saw my doctor in May Had the consult in June Had the appointment in July and the surgery in December =) Allowed me to prepare heaps for the operation mentally.

    hey. Totally know what your going through here! I'm getting cranky soooo easily! I think its cause im not getting my morning exercise at the moment cause Im just out of surgery (15th december) Maybe a little bit of an exercise routine in the morning may help... just a suggestion. =) hope it all goes well
