sorry you are still on liquids.... I have moved to mushies and doing well...... I can only eat few bites at a time but really not hungry. -

got my band yesterday I am in some pain but better than I though it would be ..... thats with a large hernia my doc had to fix. I am less that 24 hrs out -
I was banded yesterday. In some pain from gas, walking helps so far and having my girlfriend rub my back and shoulders feels better too

I would call your doctor.... most pre-op diets are to shrink the liver so that the doctor has an easier time placing the band.... I didnt have a liquid diet I had a very low carb diet.

same day as me, I feel about the same at the moment. Ready for it to be done!

I am 100% self pay. My ins. covers 0% for WLS. My Doctor has a set price for surgery and everything else is included in that price.

I have noticed nothing is standard, doctors require anything from liquid diets, low carb diets,low cal diets, low fat diets to no diets at all. Just do what your doc tells you. If you don't know call and ask, thats what I would do. -
