Hello, I have a question that I am hoping some can help with. I was banded on 8/20 and I am ready to go back to exercising. Are there any restrictions that would not allow me too. Also, I am still on a full liquid diet in which I upgrade to softs next week. Any advise. Please advise.

No regrets here. It was the best decision I have ever made. I will never struggle like I use to. But remeber this whole surgery option is a life changing experience. You have to mentally be ready as well as physically. Hope this helps and best of luck!
