Thanks for the compliment. No I don't follow the same diet that I followed in August. I wished I did. I would probably have reached me goal. Right I don't follow any diet I just eat very slow. I still don't drink sodas.

Thanks so very much for your encouraging and kind words. I do know that my husband's issues are not related to my weight, but it is easier for me to use that as an "excuse" to deal with his unfaithful behavior. I do know that I can not give love or provide happiness to anyone else until I really have it for myself!

Again, thanks soooo much for your warm encouraging words. It is a blessing for you to have a loving and supportive husband in your life. That within it self makes the choice that much easier to make. I do pray that God will be able to deliver you off all of those medications really soon. I am so very thankful that I don't have to take any meds at this point. Thank you for warm welcome. You are pictures are amazing. You look wonderful. After seeing your before and after pictures, I can't wait to have my surgery. Do you still follow the same meal plan you followed in August 2008 or do you follow a different plan?
