I admire all you guys so much for sticking to your liquid diets. I totally cheated the whole time... Feels like I just lack all self control. -
I had my first band fill on the second of September. The Doc tried four cc's and that was too much so I was filled at 1.75cc's. I was having hunger issues before the fill and I thought for sure the fill would at least help. What do I do? My stomach just growls at me all the time.. Any suggestions? I am getting frustrated.
