I have been heavy all of my life.  But since I have had a knee injury a few years ago my weight has gotten out of control.  I am in the never ending cycle of if I exercise to loose weight my knees put me out of commission for weeks which causes me not to lose the weight.  and if I don't lose the weight I won't be able to have knee surgery when the doctors finally give their approval.  My friend had heard about going to Mexico for surgery.  She just came back and was very impressed with the facilities and staff.  So I sent for the information.  I looked it over and decided to see if I could get approved.   In a few days, I got my approval.  I have it scheduled for December 21st.  This is my christmas present to myself.  I can hardly wait!
