I am due to be banded October 6th. I am on my liquid diet. I thought it would be harder than this, but it's not so bad. I am eating cream soups, sugar free jello and pudding, Sugar free fudgecicles, apple sauce, and light yogurt. I am putting unjury in my soups. This helps make them a little more filling and it actually makes them taste creamier. I use the unflavored one. I even make ice coffee with skim milk, unjury, and equal. Not bad at all. :seeya: I have already lost 6 lbs.
Good luck to you, and remember. This is the beginning of your new life. No one said it is going to be easy, but just never give up. Dig those heals in and you can do anything you put your mind to.
