Hey girl, I just got back from my first support group meeting and I saw the Doc. I lost 8.7 lbs since tuesday. I know alot of it is water weight...but i'll take it. I don't start my optifast till November 12th, until then i'm on a 1200 cal. diet. I'm so excited I could just scream, I'm getting closer to my new me. Enough about my day.
