My name is Maxinne and I am 36 years old. I have gained 100 pounds over the past 15 years and with each diet I have regained more than I lost. I gave birth to my beautiful twins almost 3 years ago and am now the heaviest I have ever been weighing in at  266 pounds. I have been thinking about lap band for many years, but I wanted to have children first. Now that my munchkins are a little older, I am finally ready to take the plunge. My surgery is scheduled for 9/16/09 at Peconic Bay and Dr. P.Mehta will being doing the procedure. I am really excited and nervous at the same time.
