Oh that sucks. Oh Happy belater Birthday. =.] Lol when I get colds I just get the stuffyness, and the scratchy throat. Yeah I know. I tried a google search already and all that pops up are article of teens who have got it and discusing it. =./ I turn up with nothing. Yeah same here about the PS. Lol thanks, I know I am deffinitly getting it, even If I do have to wait 2 more years, praying not to. Oh I have a question, tomorrow im getting my tongue pierced, and im wondering, if I have a clear plastic on in, will they let me have it during surgery or do I have to take them all out. My ears I don't mind cause I had them for a while, but my tongue I do, and Id hate to have to re pierce both of my tonuge pierceings.

Yeah, oh-no. xD I have a cold too, and I hate it cause I can't pratice singing when I have a cold. =./ That sucks. Im not sure if I like mine yet, I only had it for about a month. I do too, I really don't want to go to mexico just for it lol. But I do know of a center in Illinois, and I have a family friend up there I could stay with for a day or two to get it done, if theirs not one in Syracuse. Yeah my father told me the same thing. Im hopeing that the lose skin thing is true, cause you can get really bad rashes with lose skin, and the thought of PS, is weird to me, idk why, it just is. But if I do get it and it causes rashes, thats a health problem and is eligable for your insurance to cover it. Knowing my luck I will have to take those tests lol. The only reason why im nervous is because this would be my first surgery, and stuff, but I know I want it, and when I want something I just shut the nervs out and think about something else and just do it lol.

Oh I see, I don't have it, but I guess I might because alot of people who got the band got acid reflux, so, im probably going to too. That sucks that you have to change your doctor, I won't have to because my doctor is a kid and grown up doctor, my mom goes to him too. So far I haven't had much luck finding one. =./ but im still searching. Yeah, but lately were tight on money so I don't know whats going to happen, but he might be getting bigger projects soon so its a possiblity. Yeah, her and I are not close, but at least I can talk to her is I need to. lol, eh. I really don't want to wait, even my doc said it would be very healthy for me to do it now. They did alot of test on you, wow. Eh, im going to hate going through all of that, hospitals freak me out, but this is something I really want. And im really nervous about going under, but I think I will be fine lol.

=.] Coolie, my doc has a list already, and if he comes up empty handed, my cousin whos I just found out, is getting the bad too, which im so excited because I have someone close near me whos going throw what I am, and I have your suport which I want to thank you for, cause you've answered all of my questions, which is awesome. =.] Her surgon might do me if we can't find another one who is "specialized" in doing my age as my doc said. I didn't know it was much of a difference. Its not like im going to grow another 5 inches before I turn 18 you know? I guess alot of the surgons won't do it because of a growth issue, I can see in a male because they don't stop growing unitl thier like 18, but girls stop at 16 so I don't see what the big deal is.

Oh, I think that they should, just incase there is something that doesn't seem right, like that they know but you take it as being normal, you know what I mean? lol Hm, I think they made a mistake with your results. My guidence counciler has acid reflux ans he has sour burps and you can tell that their sour by his face. xD Eh, I just got my blood taken for sugar and to see if I have thiroid(sp? is there a y in there somewhere lol?) Because both run in my family. One step closer, I just hope the results don't take to long. That sucks, at least he sent it in, instread of denying you, mines so supportive hes fighting for me with surgons and insurance. I hope my insurance will let me, its bcbs like you had, and I hope they don't make me wait until im 18, but my father says if they so and the doc and surgon can't do anything about it, hes going to look into a pay out of pocket plan.

Yup. I see, I might have to go to Syracuse NY for my surgery. Wow I thought they were suposed to, my moms friends called them every month or so, I guess some places are just different. I always thought that with acid reflux you got a sour tast in your mouth and sour burps. Thats what I was told. Lol, okay I will add you. =.] lol my doctors appointment went wonderful, my doctor is very supportive, hes determined to find a surgon who will do it on me, being that im only 16, its going to be a little difficult, but hes so happy that im doing something. Hes known me my whole life, so he knows my ups and downs and everything, so his support means alot to me, and knowing I have his help, I have so much more hope. Im so excited. I go in tomorrow for blood work, then all I have to do is find a surgon. =.]

Im trying not to. =.] I agree they should have looked into it more, especially with all of the pain you were in, but honetly acid reflux does not sound correct, but I could be wrong. Well I do know that the appendix is n the right side. And I know that it is very very painful. Yeah lol. Coolie, send me your link and I will add you, I don't have any videos, I had one on my friends account but I think it got deleted. Also I have a doctors appointment on Monday to get everything started, im pretty excited and hopeful, so wish me luck lol. =.]

Yeah, I am going to keep trying, I just hit some rough spots, and lately with everything happeneing around me, ive been hitting some depression spots, so my attitude and right of mind have been everywhere. Thanks for the time, I will check them out. Wow, that sounds intence, what kind of tests were they running with that much blood? xD I would have freaked out. Thats not right they should have checked for your gulbladder. I hate cat scans, I actually broke one once. xD That could be the reason, and acid relux does cause nausea sometimes, cause my friend has it, but it does not cause that amount of pain. It sounds like the pain I had with my appendix. Lol well its probably a good thing that you didn't take the medication, if you don't need it, especially of how many side affects it could cause. I agree that they could have done something more efficently, and checked for more things. Yes I do have a youtube account, why do you ask? lol

Thanks, but things have been so hectic around my house, things juse keep going wrong to the point that I might have to just give up completely. Yeah, and there are a couple of 4 day weekends before spring break. I don't know if four days is going to be good for me or not but id try.

Oh wow, im pretty sure if my doctor told me that I would freak, and never take it out. xD But thats not right for him to try and freak you out like that, especialy after what you went through to lose that weight, and to deal with all of your problems. I hope you continue to do well though. Yeah, hopefully, if not on xmas break, im guessing im going to have to weight for spring break, and I really do not want to, or I might just deal with one of our short 4 day weekends, im not sure yet. Im just hopeing its going to be on xmas so I don't have to choose another time, and I go threw with it. Im still kind of nervous, but I know its something I really want.

Im very glad to hear your doing fine. What changed your mind about not getting it removed? Thanks, im so excited, im not sure, but my mom is fighting like hell for me to get it on x-mas break like we planned. I hope it comes threw lol.

Erin18- Hey its good to hear from you. =.] Im glad to hear your doing better, and I hope that when/if you get your fill you do well. Ehh, im still trying to get insurance, but my process in getting banded is slowing comeing to an not happening =./ They have to cover for your removel because of sever complications which is mandatory, but im not sure about fills, execpt of the possibility of wasted money because of failure. Thats sucks about the orange juice. My school had about 5-7 people in eachclass out of 25, so my school was stupid and didn't close because of school aid, but anyway they will get less because their health, grade rank, and good attendence has declined alot so they kinda messed them selves up by not closeing.

Erin18- Its nice to hear from you again lol. How are you doing? You had the flu I read, I have the flu too, but they think its H1N1, my school had a huge break out, over 600 students.

Oh well at least your on your way, im still waiting for acception into getting health insurance, then I have to get accepted by my doc. and my insurance. I have a long way to go. But im praying to get there, and get it on x-mas break.

Awe, I bet. =.] Im so happy for you. I think im going to be so stund when I relize how much I eat, and how much everyone else around me does, and stuff. Thats awesome, its got to feel so great when you get compliments from your friends, and even people you were never to close to, but notice. It must feel like you've accomplised part of your journey. Thats awesome. =.] Well, I have to send in the first payment, and then im pretty sure im approved for the insurance. Then I have to talk to my doctor about it, and see what, and who he recamends for me, then my doctor and I have to send in approval to the insurance company, and then wait for that, then if I get approved I have to go through all of the pre-op stuff. So its going to be a while, but im hopeing that by december it could happen for me. =.]

-Sorry I haven't posted in a while, its hard to find time these days, with school, and haveing to fight for the comp from my sister. Yeah, ehh.. im excited to even start getting my journey going. I have to wait until I get approved by an insurance company first, then get approved by them, I hope I do, but my dad said if I don't get approved by a company for it he will pay out of pocket cause hes very supportive, and hes afraid if I don't do something, and soon, hes going to lose me, and he couldn't handle it. =./ The thing is I rather him not, but what happens happens I guess. Thats good, you must feel so good when you see how much other people eat, and how much you can eat so little, and feel so satisfiyed. I read on a post that someone said that they went out to eat with their family, and couldn't believe how much people actualy eat lol. I seems nice. =.]

Nikkielynn- I think everybody worries about it durring the journey. But we can't let it keep us back. So lets try and keep positive, and strive ourselfs to work hard and get where we want to be in life.. thin and healthy. =.]

Im waiting as well but, the friends I told, were either scared but happy for me. And then the other 2, didn't even care, they were like cool, and started talking about other things, soo.. Your one friend thats concerned, could just not want to lose you, or have heard something bad about it, and don't know if its right for you. Or you could be right, but maybe once she see's its going to be not much different, and maybe she could earn something out of it too, like a friend to share cloths with, she will come around. Your other friend may feel kinda like my cousin who told me, there are better ways. But shes big too, but shes never had problem loseing weight besides not careing to. Try and give some reasureing info, like its safer then other things, and thats going to help you when your older and stuff. I hope I helped a little, or at least bumped up your post. Good luck with your journey.

Oh I see, thats good I hope you do great, and feel good. =.] Oh, hmm, im going to make sure to look out for them things. Yeah the mind over stomach hunger sounds pretty hard, but you can do it. It takes alot of will power. Ive read about banster hell, and im a litter nervous, im hopeing im not the 5% that are failures. =./

Oh okay. Im just wondering, I think I was told no Advil, and that sucks cause I like advil. I take some pills for my back, I had an accident so.. Hmm but im deffenetly going to have to ask my doctor. So how are you doing so far with the band? And sickness, or anything?
