Thanks for the tips!! I work out about 3-4 times a week. Usually do the treadmill for 30 min and about 4 miles on the bike. Wow whats your sons name? I am a Hawkeye fan (I know i know) but I won't rub Saturdays game in too much thats awsome you are able to do the 5ks!! I just started running this week and did about 10 min pretty well..but my pants were falling down lol guess its a good problem to have!
